PROBLEM

The Craftsman brand, part of the Stanley Black & Decker group, sells its products through distributors and third parties such as Home Depot and Lowe’s. This creates a disconnection with the direct customer.

SOLUTION

Craftsman Club was developed, an app for benefits and loyalty. When customers purchase products at associated stores, they have the option to download the app at the moment they interact with the product. This helps to gain exceptional customer insights, directly and peer to peer: products they own, consumption habits, among other data.

ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT

Users can replace tools registered in the app that are dependent on hydrocarbon derivatives with fully electric equipment to help mitigate carbon emissions and promote sustainability.
